Mr. Kapil Gyawali 

Mr. Kapil Gyawali is a Chairperson of School of PMER and is responsible for design and implementation of programs/projects of the organization. He is an extensive experience on literacy program. He worked as a team leader in different researcher projects with development agencies and in SPMER. He is demographer and public health specialist by profession. Prior to chairperson of SPMER, he worked as a freelancer consultant in different agencies for the couples of research projects and programs. He has involved in conducting baseline, evaluation and rapid assessment surveys.
